The official language of the conference is English. All abstract submissions and presentations are to be conducted in English.

Get Together Reception
A reception will be held on the early evening of 31 October, 2019. The reception will be open to all attendees and paid accompanying persons.
The time zone in Vienna is Central European Time (CET) (GMT +1 hour), and six hours ahead of Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Banking and Exchange
The Austrian monetary system is Euro. Foreign currency may be changed at banks, railway stations and airports, and very often at major hotels (generally at a less convenient rate).
All major credit cards are acceptable in most hotels, restaurants and shops.
All visitors are required to have a valid passport, and for some countries, a visa is required.
